1. The Kanekalon fiber used in our wig product is a thermostable material, commonly referred to as "High-temperature resistance fiber." This fiber can be curled or straightened using an Electronic Hair stick at temperatures up to 120 degrees Celsius. However, it is generally recommended to keep the temperature around 70-90 degrees Celsius when styling the hair, as excessive heat can potentially cause damage.

2. Our wig product is not suitable for dyeing. This is because the wig does not have the natural hair cuticle that helps retain color for an extended period. Additionally, hair care products like cream rinses cannot be effectively washed out of the wig cap, which may affect the wig's overall appearance and longevity.

3. Wig Wearing Steps: a. Gently comb the wig with a specialized comb (excluding Curly wigs). b. Secure the wig cap using the provided buckle. c. Spray the wig care solution and style the wig's hair to your desired look.

4. Wig Cleaning and Care: First, straighten out the wig. Then, add a small amount of shampoo to cold water, submerge the wig, and let it soak for 5-10 minutes. Gently press and wash the wig, rinse thoroughly with water, and pat dry with a towel. Once fully air-dried, you can lightly spray a wig care solution.

5. Please note that factors such as computer monitors, shooting lights, camera pixels, and personal color perception may occasionally result in color differences. Our wigs are 100% brand new and made of high-temperature fiber.

It is normal for wigs to shed slightly, especially when worn for the first time. Colors may vary slightly depending on your personal computer or cellphone monitor settings, but we strive to accurately represent the colors on all of our products.

Regarding the style, all wigs are hand-trimmed, and the hairstyle may differ slightly from batch to batch. You can style the wig according to your preferences.

The wig cap size has a maximum circumference of approximately 20~21 inches (51~53 cm), with a normal error of 1~2 cm. The wig cap is also adjustable.
